Delivery & Collections
Our standard deliveries are currently being served by our Local Delivery Service.
The charge for our Langlands Local Deliveries is £5. Your delivery will arrive at your home within 5-7 working days.
For local delivery orders placed through our webshop, at present we are able to deliver to YO42, YO43, YO41, YO25 & HU17 postcodes only. We hope to expand this service in the near future.
We are also now able to offer local deliveries from our Whinmoor and Loxley stores. Please contact the stores directly to place your order and arrange payment and delivery.
Shipping Large or Bulky Items
For large or bulky products that are most securely delivered on a pallet, Langlands use highly respected transport company to deliver your items.
Item which are being delivered via our Bulky Item Delivery Service will reach you up to 10 working days after you have placed your order.
Products that are being delivered on a pallet will be delivered to the kerbside, delivery drivers will not enter your property.
Is there anywhere we can't deliver?
We currently have the facility to deliver to anywhere in mainland England or Wales, and most of mainland Scotland. However, if you need a delivery to the following postcodes, our palletised delivery service may not be possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, though we hope to extend our delivery opportunities in the near future.

How long will it take?
We aim to despatch orders the following working day. Therefore orders placed on a Friday afternoon may despatched on Monday. Once despatched, orders should be received within 10 working days. Exceptions exist for bank holidays and other holiday periods, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time. Delivery periods may also be affected by stock levels. If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you. In most cases, we aim to deliver to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm unless otherwise stated.
Langlands Click & Collect Service
Click & Collect is now available at all stores. This service is available Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 10am-4pm. You will be provided with a time slot for collection when your delivery is confirmed. Orders could take up to 3- 4 days to process depending on demand.
Please note: Click & Collect orders placed through our web shop are presently only available to be collected from our Shiptonthorpe Store. However, our service will resume at Leeds and Sheffield, and availiblilty lists are available through the following links. Where you will send your orders to the following email address.

Orders can be returned subject to our returns policy.
Loyalty Card Customers
Loyalty Card privileges such as our Loyalty Offer Discounts, and the spending of Loyalty Points are only applicable to in-store purchases.
