In this role you will be required to support the preparation of honest, delicious homemade food our customers are longing for!
We are looking for people with a passion for producing great food, someone who can follow our recipes and spec sheets, but who can also introduce some excitement with daily specials.
Any applicant without relevant experience must have a desire to learn and show a positive attitude and passion to be considered for the role.
 
Job Specifics
Hours:
  • Full Time – 37.5 hours per week | 8 hour working day | 30-minute unpaid break
  • Schedule:
    8-hour shift
    Day shift
    Monday to Friday
    Weekend availability
Wage: Wage will be discussed in the interview process.
Reporting to: Head Chef
Any member of staff successful in applying for this role will start on a 3-month probation.

Experience:
Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: One location in Shiptonthorpe
 
Job Role
  • Cooking and preparing Langlands recipes to a high standard
  • Cooking and preparing specials to a set price point
  • Prepping of ingredients
  • Strictly follow companies working practices and recipes
  • Cleaning – Mopping, sweeping, sanitising, high clean, low clean, deep clean
  • Any other appropriate task asked of them by their line manager/team leader
  • Great understanding of HACCP and Food Hygiene
  • Strictly comply with companies HACCP system and SWP’s
